Necessary for recording the results of measuring temperature and relative humidity in all warehouses, refrigerated chambers and refrigerated cabinets, ascertaining compliance (non-compliance) of measurement results with the requirements of regulatory documents, as well as for recording proposals for eliminating identified violations. As an indicator characterizing the working conditions of personnel, the log can indicate the results of temperature measurements in the production premises of the catering department.
